We Require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancelations
- We will require credit card details to secure your appointment. Excluding appointments under $50
- If you don't feel comfortable with this, you will need to pay a $50 deposit, at time of booking.
- We understand that plans change; where possible we ask that you provide us 48 hours’ notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- We will send you an sms 48hours before your scheduled appointment to your mobile as confirmation of your appointment. Please notify us then of intent to cancel or reschedule the booking.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment time or failure to arrive for your appointment will be charged a $50 flat fee to the credit card on file .
- If something unexpected happens we are happy for you to offer your appointment to another friend or family member in your place.
- Extensions require a 50% non refundable deposit
- Anyone who displays noninclusive or disrespectful behavior will be denied service
