Due to a rise in no shows and last minute cancellations we have had to make some adjustments to our policies.

All appointments require a $50 deposit

online bookings are 50% due to their capricious nautre

*appointments under $50 and over $200 deposit may vary

This deposit will be taken off of your appointment Total

These deposits are non refundable

*In order for your deposit to be transferred to another appointment we require a minimum of 3 days notice. If you do not give us 3 days notice then your deposit will be forfeit

If you forfeit your deposit you will be required to make another in order to make another booking.

*we will use our discretion with this given the current climate.

  • We understand that plans change; where possible we ask that you provide us 3 days notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • We will send you an sms 2 days before your scheduled appointment to your mobile as confirmation of your appointment. Please notify us then of intent to attend the booking.

  • If something unexpected happens we are happy for you to offer your appointment to another friend or family member in your place, *this must be an equivalent appointment.

  • Anyone who displays noninclusive or disrespectful behaviour will be denied service
